The Allen & Heath ZED-6FX is a compact analog mixer that delivers renowned build and audio excellence in a portable format. The ZED Series features new GSPre preamps, developed from the revered GS-R24 studio recording console, which offer analog warmth and depth with exceptionally low noise and massive headroom. It also the first mixer to include a specially created suite of studio-quality reverbs, delays and special multi-model FX. The A&H ZED-6FX comes with a pair of high-impedance guitar direct inputs, allowing you to plug electric guitars straight into the mixer without the hassle and expense of carrying separate DI boxes. Like all ZED Series mixers, the 6FX is designed and built to Allen & Heath’s legendary touring-grade standards to ensure a long life in the toughest environments. All channels of the ZED-6FX are on individual, vertical circuit boards and all rotary controls are secured to the front panel with a steel nut to guard against impact damage.
