How do I check my order status?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! To cancel your order, contact our customer support team immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the same process as returns. Note that exchanges are subject to availability.
